Lloyd and Lois Piercy are the second owners of this 3,600 acre, 1865 Cunha Ranch near Echo, Oregon. Purchased in 2002 they knew immediately the bluffs were a perfect terrain for wine grapes. The vineyard was established in 2004 with these varieties; Tempranillo 4 Acres, Petit Verdot 2 Acres, Cabernet Sauvignon 25 Acres. In 2005 a Block of Muscat Canelli and in 2006 Zinfandel were planted.

Echo West Vineyard which sets in the Columbia Valley AVA. Its wind swetpt, and sunny SouthEast slopes perch on the bluff overlooking the Umatilla River. The steep 850' Elevation with volcanic ash and topsoil make a unique palce for growing our grapes. Our harvests produce beautiful, hardy full fruit flavored grapes.
